Your Initial Visit
During your initial visit, you should expect a physical examination, including a pelvic exam. We will also need a urine sample so please do not empty your bladder before coming to our office. Remember to bring your insurance information, including any insurance mandated referral forms, pertinent medical records, and a list of your medications.
